Lenny is very good at what he does. He knows his products very well and let's you know which product will work best for the space it will be installed in. He explains the process in detail and is very focused on floor preparation to ensure that your product will last a long time. The service I received from downright flooring was excellent. The most important thing to me was that they did what they said they were going to do and if they were ever running late they communicated so I could plan my life accordingly. I hired Lenny to do carpets on my entire new home I just purchased. There was OLD carpets and he tore them out, then sold me amazing new carpet and padding at a very reasonable rate.
