Horrible, complete waste of time. Individual walked in, looked at tile, responded "I no work on this:" Then just remained silent while staring at the tile. Had to ask him to leave. Strangest encounter I have ever experienced.

Jesus was great to work with. He arrived early for the estimate and was able to get it done quickly. He was able to schedule the work in just a few days. Jorge did the work. He arrived exactly on time, was kind and courteous. The work took about 3 hours, exactly what Jesus said it would take. The shower looks brand new.

The end result was as expected. We found one tile that had been missed (cracked) and needed replacement, but we called Grout Medic and they came out the next day to complete that repair. We will contact them again for our future tile repair needs.

Jesus came and provided an estimate and we scheduled a date for the work to be done. George, I think. The day came and he was in and out in 5 minutes. Said he didn't have a tile cutter, and we didn't have enough bullnose tile. Never heard from them again. I have since purchased the tile needed from AZ tile and am hoping to find someone willing to do the job.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Grout Medic. I had a missing tile in my master bathroom floor. A friend was supposed to fix it for us, but after many months and many excuses, the tile had not been replaced. After listing our house, it was imperative the tile be replaced. Grout Medic was quick to respond. The tile was replaced, and in addition, they regrouted the shower pan and around the bathtub, and cleaned the shower tiles. It looks great! I will call them again should I ever need my tiles cleaned or an area regrouted.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Grout Medic. We had a horrible time of getting our grout repaired and luckily we found this company. After having 2 other companies do a terrible job we found that third time is the charm! Jesus came and gave a quote. Jesus was punctual, honest, gave great explanations and gave us a great quote. Carlos came and actually did the work. He was also punctual, honest, a hard worker, his attention to detail was great and I am so happy with the job. He also wore shoe covers which I really love and put a tarp down keeping things very clean. If you are needing tile or grout work, you need to hire this company!!

Harold and his team stand by their work. They communicated clearly and promptly throughout the job. When we had a bit of a miscommunication midway through our project, he ensured that things were cleared up. I'd definitely work with Grout Medic again.

Harold came in, inspected, discussed all the details, promised an estimate to be emailed same day. Never heard from him again. After not hearing for few days, had to keep contacting them for a week for them to finally admit they can't install tile. What unprofessional waste of time.

Very polite and professional from the initial phone call to the appointment with Jesus to review the project and provide an estimate. All questions were answered, options offered and work was done in a first class manner. I was very please and would certainly call this team again.

The entire shower was re-sealed and grouted. Jesus and Henry were both very professional. Henry not only completed the grouting but even cleaned the shower doors. I would definitely hire them again.

Everything went well. He was on time and did good work. There was a bit of an issue with the deal that was offered. The deal specified that everything would be done for around $100, but the bill came out to $170. The company said they did some additional things, which I didn't say I wanted done. So though the work went well, I would recommend keeping an eye on what is being done to ensure they don't try to do anything beyond the scope of work you originally agree on.

The job was quite an undertaking as the area was wet and needed to dry prior to repair. The job took some time, but appointments were kept punctually, and the end result was great.

Jesus, the owner and Jorge, one of his craftsman of The Grout Medic have EARNED an outstanding review. We had a persistent small leak from our tiled shower. Jesus came out at no charge and quickly identified the problems, the solutions and gave us a very competitive bid. His business approach is refreshing and he projects a real confidence in himself and his employees and their ability to get it right. Jorge, who has been with the Company seven years was on-time, did wonderful work, re-grouted and re-caulked our shower and no leaks! After he was done, his clean-up was so good that you couldn't even tell we had any work done, except our shower looked brand new. Our strongest and most positive recommendations go out to Jesus and his crew.

I want to first preface my comments by the fact that I am VERY 'picky' and 'anal', so I am not easily satisfied in this day and age when poor quality and customer service is the 'norm'. However, I found that this Grout Medic (Jesus-Owner and Jorge-Tech.) were the Exception! They were both VERY professional, qualified, experienced, friendly, and 'informed' about their field of work! They showed-up on time, had very good communication skills, went out of their way to 'go the extra mile' to make you happy, and even did some 'extras' to make the job 'perfect'. They took great steps in protecting the work area, and made sure they cleaned-up (extra clean) before they left. I would HIGHLY recommend this Company to anyone that appreciates GREAT work and trustworthy service.

The technician showed up promptly at the appointed time. He did a great job at polishing the marble tile overall, except for areas where his polishing machine could not reach. I did not see any evidence that he had steam cleaned the grout lines, which was specified in the estimate and work order. When I asked the technician about this, he said that he had used a rotary brush instead to clean the grout lines. I do not consider this to be equivalent to steam cleaning and the grout lines did not look cleaner with the brushing. He did not do a good job at repairing the grout lines, there a segments where the grout is missing and cracks in the grout that were not repaired. For a company that uses the name and quot;Grout Medicand quot;, one would think that they would know how to repair grout lines. Jesus did not provide a copy of his Limited Warranty with his estimate, which was to be included with his company folder. I have asked him three times to provide me a copy of this warranty, and to date he has not satisfied this item of his contract. For a company that touts and quot;being a family businessand quot; as the reason that they will do a good job, one would expect that Jesus would at least inquire as to the satisfactory completion of the job, or come out to the job and inspect the quality of work done by his technicians.

They did an outstanding job. Great communication, showed up when they said they would, committed to getting the job done right. I highly recommend them!
