"All Service Moving was exceptional. Great customer service - easy to schedule and flexible. Royce & Frost did an AMAZING job moving all of our very heavy and fragile belongings. They handled all of our requests and items with care and worked both efficiently and quickly. They were super friendly and very customer service oriented. I can't thank them enough for the GREAT job they did. I highly recommend All Service Moving for anything moving and/or storage related. And DEFINITELY request Royce & Frost to handle your job. Thank You!"

"Everything was effortless with Movemasters: from the initial on-line request for a virtual call in which I walked through the house with a Movemaster's expert to identify not only the furniture to be moved, but also provide the layout of the house, to the ease of scheduling the move, the actual move and the follow up. The team of three lead by Logan was amazing: they were extremely careful with the furniture, but also never stopped for a minute! I wish I had that kind of energy! The original quote was spot on, too. I would not hesitate to use Movemasters again and will highly recommend them to anyone I know moving locally as I did."

Moving questions, answered by experts

Yes, it is cheaper to move yourself than to hire professional movers. The average DIY move costs $120 to $2,300, while professionals cost $890 to $2,570 on average or up to $12,000 for the longest distances. While you’ll save on the cost of professional labor with a DIY move, you’ll spend more time and energy packing, loading, transporting, unloading, and unpacking.

Murphy beds can be relocated, but moving them requires disassembly and may involve potential wall repairs. Professional help is recommended to ensure safe removal and reinstallation, which may incur additional costs. Improper handling during the move can damage the bed’s mechanisms or structure, so careful planning and expertise are essential.

To treat office moving costs as capital expenses, which means recording them as assets, they must meet certain rules: they need to be essential for the business to keep running, directly related to the move, reasonable, and documented properly with invoices and contracts. These costs can include packing, transportation, and setting up the new office. Once these expenses are capitalized, they're treated like assets on the books and gradually accounted for over time through depreciation or amortization.

It depends on your lease with the mobile home park. Most parks ask residents to provide written notice 30 days before moving. Consult your current mobile park for specific move-out details before moving.

Professionals can provide comprehensive planning, logistical support, packing services, and clear communication to minimize moving stress. Their experience allows for efficient handling of belongings, ensuring a seamless and organized transition to a new location.
