Our house is 115 years old with original floors. Discovered that the floors didn't all match up to provide adequate structure and stability. No wonder some of the tongue and groove had given up. Calvin did an amazing job of stabilizing all areas and making them safe. He then blended the replacement boards with the existing wood perfectly. Colors are amazing. He also refinished the newer kitchen floor and it is beautiful. He doesn't give up until it is done to perfection. We will have him back for the stairs.

Super high quality. Calvin is very detail oriented and takes pride in doing the finest work. Knows the ins and outs of everything to do with installation and finishing of hardwood floors. This company was a pleasure to work with. My floors were very worn and Calvin took the time to explain the process required to fix them. I was very impressed with the equipment and how well the dust was contained. My 50 year old floors now look brand new. Weâ re very pleased with the work done.

He is very professional, very careful and concerned with the quality of his work. Very knowledgeable about his work in terms of wood floors and wood stains. He was very creative to be able to correct some of the faults and damage in the floor. He spent much more time solving these problems. Example: the furnace grates in the floor were poorly installed and the floor needed to be reinforced and he figured out how to do that and he installed beautiful oak covers that complemented the floor. He was personable, reliable, and dependable. I would definitely hire him again.

He is not reliable and will not fix his mistakes

I had several contractors coming in to look at the flooring in question. They said it could not be refinished. Their recommendation was to remove and replace. Calvin came on time and did and excellent job! He is a true professional who loves what he does and it shows. I did not recognize the floor when the job was done. I would hire Calvin again for all my flooring projects.

We had to get a hole cut into the floor of our addition (including joists) months ago in order to get helical piers installed in the foundation. After reaching out to half a dozen floor repair people on this app and others who couldnâ t do it or flaked we finally reached Calvin who had no problems completing the project quickly and for a fair price. Weâ re pumped to finally have our addition back in working order and weâ re so glad we hired him and are already trying to think about how to get him and his brother Tyrone back out here for other projects.
