FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. Bryan from Quinnair was able to come that same day within an hour, and fixed the furnace (replaced igniter). The cost was quite reasonable, considering the timing and it being emergency service (no gouging). Bryan was very considerate and professional."

"Not very happy with them. They installed a new Lennox last year and sent up their "best" installers. They showed up late, left a huge mess both inside and outside of my house, but worst of all, they didn't bother to check the gas supply line. I didn't notice that there was a gas leak until the next day (a Saturday) and by then, my entire basement was full of gas fumes. I turned off the supply line and then called them and left an emergency message about the leak, but they didn't show up until the following Monday. When the new technician showed up on Monday, he was shocked at the shoddy workmanship that the techs and had to completely replace the supply line. He assured me that the two techs that did the installation were "chewed out" by their manager. One year later, I had a duct cleaning company come out and noticed that the exhaust pipe was screwed into plenum access, so now I have two holes in my plenum. Unfortunately, there are no other furnace contractors that will service Lennox furnaces up in the mountains, so I have to use their overpriced service to have my annual servicing. I'd think twice about using these guys for any new install."

"I highly recommend Lakeside Heating & AC, which is a family owned company. I received quotes for a Lennox heating and cooling system from four HVAC companies. I chose Lakeside because the price was right ($2,000 less than the next closest bid) and Tony was more knowledgeable than the other sales people that I spoke to. He is one of the company owners and there was no high pressure sales pitch. Also, I appreciate that he put together several quotes for differing levels of HVAC products for 2 different brands. There were several combinations of heating and AC equipment to choose from. The price also included an instant credit for the Xcel rebate. No surprises, the final cost was exactly what was quoted. The units were installed in two days by Chael and Derek who were fantastic. They gave courtesy calls that they were on their way and they showed up on time. To protect my wood floor and carpet, they placed drop cloths on the floor to make a pathway from the basement to the front door. They were polite, extremely efficient, and professional. I appreciate that they didn’t seem bothered to answer my questions. Each day they cleaned up after themselves leaving the area spotless. Lakeside was responsive by phone and email and everyone I spoke to (Bill, Tony, and Holly) were polite and pleasant. Everything went very smoothly from the initial appointment with Tony, the installation, and finally the city inspection. The inspector said that Lakeside did a nice job installing the furnace and AC unit. The new Lennox system was installed 5 weeks ago and I am extremely happy with the performance. This high efficiency system is so quiet that I don’t realize that it’s running."
