I signed up for the lawn and tree program over the phone and was told the company would not use any high pressure or up-sale tactics, My impression was that up selling did occur when the technician came for our initial treatment and told me that we had mite issues and the price for treatment would be lower if I signed up through him rather than calling the company and adding the service on, I am not sure if this was a version of high pressure or if in fact it was true, but it did NOT feel good. We had him build a border wall with large retaining wall blocks as well as re-sod damaged grass due to very active puppies. The border had to match the fire pit color blend built 5 years ago. He took the time to find the correct, exact match for the color scheme as it was not designated on our old receipt from the previous contractor. The wall/border looks great. The sod looks great (nice and level). He is honest, does not try to "put on the sale" and most importantly does great work for a reasonable price! We will be hiring him any time we need landscape related work done!"
