LIDC has quality characteristics of integrity, professionalism,knowledgeable, pleasant, efficient, concerned, patience with good attitude. I have used LIDC for years for landscape irrigation sprinkler services, always having great experiences and my lawns always look great. Recently, LIDC have done new landscape makeovers in my front and backyard with retaining walls and pavers walkway which made a big difference enhancing a complete new look for my home. I am so pleased with their work on everything and landscape irrigation services. Rather one meet with owner, technicians, or inside their retail shop staff, I highly recommend all needs for landscaping irrigation services and more. I will continue to use them and give LIDC, 5 Star rating.

Extremely well. They are always willing to stop by if I have a question. These guys work extremely hard and stick to their schedule and cost.

Previous companies ended up packing snow down on my driveway with their truck, creating a slick mess. I switched several years ago to LIDC - they are dependable. LIDC shovels by hand both my sidewalks and driveway in a timely manner. I will continue to use them!

Actually I have nothing bad to say about the techs, and that's why I keep calling them.  They are always competent and courteous.  Their OFFICE, however, is a bit on the disorganized side.  I had an appointment for last Thursday, and no one showed up or called.  When I called five days later they looked at their schedule and mumbled "I don't know what happened, but we can have a guy there in two hours."  And that's a perfect summary of my years-long experience with them: some missed appointments, no apology, but once the tech is here he does fine.

I would say if you're somewhat flexible and are looking for routine maintenance and live near Kipling & Bowles where they are, you could do worse.
