"I hired the Restoration Guild (as HOA president and individual owner of units )to complete the demo and restoration of a nine unit apartment complex that was engulfed by a large fire. This job was quite complex as there were multiple owners and the HOA common space to deal with. Mr. Tenney helped us to navigate the complex web of the multiple insurance claims ( different companies for the individual owners and the HOA. ) and permitting that came along with his project.
