Daniel and his team were very good about maintaining a clear schedule and for organizing the process with a shared construction calendar and proactive communications about the days the team would be on site. As with any project, there were some surprises along the way with material selection or scheduling problems with sub-contractors, but Daniel was proactive and responsive. We worked together to find solutions that met our budget and materials preferences and the costs were clear from day one. For each progress billing we knew and agreed with all work being billed. We ended up so pleased working with Daniel that we expanded our project to include some additional work in the basement. We would highly recommend them."

A four day project ended up lasting two weeks, however, it was during the hottest time of August, so I understand the many breaks during the day, and the very slow progress. I also understand that the company is just two guys using garden tools. They did a great job on my Xeriscaping project and the price was more than generous as other companies were charging four times more. Thanks guys for all your hard work. Have a small project, give them a try. "
