"I hired Flatirons Plumbing to install a hose bib in my garage. This required them to run a pipe from the adjacent bathroom sink, through the drywall, into the garage. I would have been responsible for replacing all that drywall afterwards, at unknown expense. Flatirons was able to drill a hole in the wall, with no other drywall damage.
