"These guys came very unpreparedly... they did not bring their own ladders or flashlights. I had to provide them for them. They also cut 3 different holes in my ceiling before deciding to go through the foundation, they then charged me extra for them having to cut so much.... but it did not reflect on the receipt...when they were done they did a horrible job patching and left the plaster a massive mess. Would only recommend if you are selling per the buyer request to put in and you do not care how it looks."

After being harassed by the HOA for a cracked driveway due to the builder cutting corners and not knowing how to pour a concrete driveway, we decided it was time to have the thing ripped out and replaced and done right. We also opted to install a new walkway on the side of the garage. When I was “shopping around” for concrete bids, I got a varied level of responses from different companies. Most were vague about what they were going to do but Robert was very clear about what was included in his estimate down to the thickness of the slab to the PSI of the concrete mix so there were no unknowns about what we were getting. Full tear out and haul off, road base, compaction, rebar for structural reinforcement, sealant — and he was the only one who suggested (preferred) installing a channel drain in the new side walkway instead of burying the downspout underneath. His attention to detail and knowledge put him at the top of my list, no doubt. Jacob and the crew were all extremely polite and friendly while they were on site doing the job. I don’t know if it’s intentional or not, but each of them made it a point to look me in the eye and greet me. Watching them work, it was clear that they are professionals and know what they’re doing. Most people might take pouring laying concrete for granted, but when you watch professionals do it, it’s clear that it’s an art form. When Rob Sr. came out to seal everything, he too was incredibly friendly and professional. This is a quality run organization with top notch staff who do an incredible job. My only regret is that this driveway is so good, it will likely outlast me and I might never need to hire these guys again, so you definitely should!"

He couldn't have been nicer. I was only charged $100. for the whole thing. they have definitely become my go-to plumber!"

"Mr. Howell was punctual on the first visit to give an estimate for the job. He explained the charges clearly. An appointment was made for installation with the lady at the office for a much later date as the replacement faucet was not yet available. This appointment was rescheduled for an earlier time when the faucet arrived sooner than expected but Mr Howell did not show up for that appointment. Some internal miscommunication. Another appointment was made for the following week. He showed up on time for this one and installed the faucet in good time. The faucet being replaced had failed almost completely by then. The office staff is fantastic and very helpful. It was she that got my business since Mr Howell’s charges seemed a little high. The advice and assistance she gave me was worth the higher charges. However, I am not an expert on such things. The charges were explained up front. No fee was charged for the visit to give an estimate along with advice/confirmation of the type of faucet I would need."

He said my cracked garage floor could be supported by injected polyurethane and recommended a company that could do that. He told me about a grated trench? that could drain the water that sits in front of my garage, freezes, and has badly damaged the apron. Michael has been very helpful already."
