Steve and his team did a great job. He worked with our home insurance and got the water damaged floor replaced quickly and it looks great!

The work was above and beyond professional and will clearly pass the test of time. Contractors were great. They worked a full day every day and were respectful to us and to each other. They kept the construction area clean and neat.

I submitted a project on homeadvisor. I got a call from Westec that next morning that went to my voicemail; when I called back in the afternoon the guy who answered said "hello?" I said I was returning his call from the morning, told him who I was and where I lived. "I don't know you." Ok... I just repeated that I was returning his call. "Was this an Angies list thing? We have to call so many people through there." We established he had no idea who I was or what project I had and ended the call. The next day he called again and I was able to answer that one. We discussed my project and set an initial consult time/date at my place. Sadly, Westec was a no-show for our appointment. After my first experience calling them, I didn't bother call this time to see what happened. Wasted my morning. It's possible they have a new temp scheduler who has since been fired or there was an emergency... if they respond with something like that I'll remove this review.

I spent hours meeting with them, and modifying the contract. Robert Weis pressured me to sign a contract that had quite a bit of my scope of work missing. In the end, I can only guess that they decided not to do the job, but did not have the curtesy to let me know. They just ghosted me.

We were referred to WesTec Builders from a neighbor to have a detached garage built and were very pleased with the professionalism of the company.  The day after calling we were able to met directly with the owner to go over plans and pricing and the following week work began. During the entire process any questions I had were answered within the same phone call and I did
not receive a bill until the garage was complete a month later.  This was an overall great experience and look forward to using
this contractor in the future.
