I hired Paramount back in 2020 for work on the first floor and appreciated their work so much that I brought them back for the basement (fix/ update after mold repair) and second floor (bathroom and stairs update, new carpet). Like the first time, I really appreciated Ryan's suggestions on style and options, and the various contractors were professional and very kind about working around me and the cats. Ryan was ultimately more critical than me about details and appreciate that desire to do things right and as clean as possible. Would use again!... although that would require a new house at this point. 😁

Paramount did an excellent job finishing our basement. The attention to detail and progress followed the project plan. The sub-contractors were excellent craftsmen and finished everything to our satisfaction. All construction projects come with challenges and the Project Manager stayed on top of them and rectified the issues to our satisfaction.

Ryan and the team were great. Our house project was very complicated and they were great at tackling any issues that came our way. Our project was in the city of Denver and the city of Denver’s permitting offices are poorly run and very understaffed. With that said, Paramount and the team were able to get everything taken care of with the city to get our project complete from start to finish. Ryan and Levi are great to work with!

The Paramount team stepped in and quickly accessed the issues that a prior contractor had failed to deliver and came up with a plan to finish the project which was a couple of months behind. They agreed with our analysis of the problems remaining and developed a project plan to complete the work, which they delivered on time and slightly under budget. They provided material samples for the cabinet construction and delivered better than we'd originally hoped.

We are absolutely thrilled with our recent home remodel, courtesy of Paramount Remodeling! They transformed our outdated house into a stunning modern home. We worked with Ryan Ongley from Paramount Remodeling and he was great to work with. Extremely responsive and accommodating at every turn. He worked around our schedules and prioritized completing this project quickly to get us back to normal in our home. We were very satisfied with the quality and pace of the work. The project was completed in roughly 10 weeks from demo to final. There were a handful of lingering tasks that Ryan helped get resolved quickly and efficiently as they arose. The few cost uppers encountered from the original estimate were kept to a minimum and were primarily a result of upgrades that we selected. Ryan did a great job on inspecting the site prior to quoting and identifying complications that would arise during construction. This was key to getting an accurate quote and not getting hit with unexpected and uncontrollable cost uppers or schedule impacts once we were underway.

We have already recommended Paramount Remodeling to multiple friends who are looking at some major remodeling. We worked with Ryan and Derek, primarily, and they were incredibly professional, personable, and thoughtful in their approach to the project. I appreciated their attention to detail and the overall adherence to our schedule. We were able to complete our remodel right between the end of the school year and the beginning and it looks wonderful. We recently had our plumber complete their annual check on our house, and he commented that our new plumbing was excellently installed. Finally, I loved how we could get custom elements like our stairs and kitchen island. Really love the final product!

We worked with Paramount to rebuild our home after the Marshall Fire. We had a fully custom home plan that many other builders were not willing to work with or wanted to turn into a semi custom project. After choosing Paramount, we are very happy with the quality of work and how all of the details and finishes turned out. Ryan and the team were always responsive to our questions and worked with us to quickly explain and resolve any issues or delays that came up. The project was completed and we were able to move in ahead of many other homes in our area that started well before ours. We get many compliments from neighbors and strangers alike and would absolutely recommend Paramount for anyone looking to build a new home! 

Matt and the Paramount team did an outstanding job in our kitchen remodel. They took an outdated and congested space and created a stunning and useful kitchen where the whole family wants to gather now. The flow of the area is now so organized and intuitive. They replaced our dark corners and dim, ineffective lighting and replaced it with beautiful bright lighting that makes the room so attractive. The cabinets and drawers are so clean and modern, and now everything has its place.

It went great, couldn’t have asked for a better company to work with. We all know a remodel never goes perfectly smoothly but paramount went above and beyond and any issue was fixed promptly and to our satisfaction. Overall we are super pleased with every aspect of our (huge) project. I cannot recommend paramount remodeling enough. They were awesome.

Overall our kitchen remodel turned out great. They were great to work with. A few products were delayed causing the project to take longer than scheduled but everything turned out as desired.

Overall very pleased with the work, aside for some delays in getting started and some other items getting completed it all got done pretty efficiently. Estimate was very thorough and broken down into detail, project did run a bit over budget which in some cases were a little frustrating as some of added costs in the end should have been known (specifically painting). Communication was good and they were very responsive throughout the project, quality of work was excellent, very pleased with the result.

My wife and I interviewed several highly rated firms specializing on basement remodeling and we finally settled on Paramount. From the first day of kicking off the project their execution and communication exceeded our expectations. Their teams from electrical through framing and finishing were amazing and they were able to complete everything with as little disruption to our lives as could be expected. The foreman assigned to the day to day management was especially knowledgable and helped us make decisions on the final product which came out great. Additionally, the team was all masked when coming into our common areas which we found comforting as we have young children and appreciated the respect to our COVID concerns. I would absolutely recommend Paramount again to anyone looking for work to be done on their home.

This work was done several years ago, 9 - 10, and the basement is still in great shape. I've been working done here during the 2020 Pandemic and I LOVE IT. Paramount crafted custom drywall shapes around a couple odd ducts, and put in little doors to the crawl space and water main. The half bath is still beautiful. It all has a professional look. I asked them to put in a large basement window lined with timbers instead of an aluminum or plastic liner, and it came out really well and is still in great shape. This is the nicest space in this 1971 ranch house in Gunbarrel Green. (Cost below is approximate, based on memory.) -cc

I hired Paramount to redo my 20yo kitchen and master bathroom, as well as the floor in the laundry room and update the powder room to match the master bathroom. From the start, Ryan was helpful and encouraging for the changes I wanted done, and he provided more suggestions to make the picture complete. The quote was detailed and honest, and it highlighted areas where there could be more cost. Derek was wonderful as a lead and with managing the various subcontractors that came in and out. He made certain that work was complete and done to a higher standard. No question or request I had was ignored. COVID caused some delays, but Paramount still got me within my hard deadline and everything looks AMAZING. I have gotten so many compliments from friends and coworkers, and of course, I'm more than satisfied. I've been dying for 14yrs to have a larger shower and I finally have one of my dreams. Thank you!!

Paramount has access to a lot of different options for design and their experience made it simple and easy. The actual construction took much longer (2mo) than expected but there were some issues with subs not showing or available. Subs were often messy and didn't clean up at the end of their project. I wouldn't necessarily blame Paramount as I understand how difficult it is to get reliable labor. Tony, a Paramount PM often stepped in and did the work to make up time. Tony was fast, reliable and a quality craftsman.

This project went really well! Everyone involved with this was extra personal and professional! I was well informed about everything! Excellent communication! My kitchen is badass! The cabinets and countertop are A+! Everything about it is so nice! I love hanging out in it! A+!

After meeting with Paramount (Levi) we were encouraged by their process and many years of experience. As we went through the project, the scope grew and Paramount was very accommodating to both budget and time constraints working with us on a growing project. They did a great job of explaining the value of proposed ideas (vaulting ceiling), etc. to us as this was our first major renovation. Our project took our home to the studs, and beyond. Only one interior wall stayed. We couldn’t be more happy with the end result and truly have a totally transformed home.

Despite Covid Paramount did an amazing job! We couldn’t be happier! The work teams were diligent and worked **** ** our project deadlines. Workers were thoughtful and courteous, and used masks while in on our premises. We enjoyed working with them and love the new basement. Communication was good and we loved the online Co-Construct App so we could communicate quickly and get updates So beautiful—grandkids tested and approved! We love the workshop and my gorgeous art studio. We would certainly use this company again. We would recommend them as well!
