It was really for us to work with the people of Junior's Hardwood Floors. They were very helpful and did exactly what they promised. I would not hesitate to recommend these people.

Luis made my hardwood floors look absolutely beautiful. I needed the job done quickly, and he went above and beyond ? working late the first day and coming in early the next morning to finish on time. He communicated throughout the process, sending photos at different stages, and even called after I?d paid and moved in to make sure I was completely satisfied. Beautiful, detailed work combined with professional, attentive service. I cannot recommend this company highly enough.

I am blown away by Luis and Jenny?s craftsmanship, they performed a miracle on our engineered flooring that has been very loved by three dogs and two kids, all in a tight timeline so we could list our house when needed. Excellent customer service, honorable, timely and great communication!

JHF LLC did a wonderful, conscientious job you would expect from a skilled craftsman who knows how to do a job right. The result was an amazingly beautiful restoration of a 78 y/o oak floor! All along the process Luis kept in communication regarding his estimate, schedule, and each step of the process. He made some great recommendations and was always willing to listen to our concerns. After the project was completed, we felt confident in securing him right on the spot to take on another project. Unlike some bigger outfits that employ several crews to do the work, JHF is literally a â  Mom & Popâ  operation and his name and pride is on every aspect of his workâ ¦from the first phone call to the last handshake after everything was complete and thoroughly cleaned up. His pride in his work is evident. I donâ  t know how you could ask for better workmanship and service from a very cordial and honest professional.

Juniors hardwood did an excellent job. Our hardwood floors were really worn down and Luis made them look like new again. I would highly recommend.

Did very good work

The work provided was excellent. Luis was thoughtful, careful, and very knowledgeable. Id highly recommend him. He stripped off the painted floors, sanded and finished the floors. He provided color samples for the stain to be used and offered timelines of how long to wait before using the room upon completion. He removed all trash and left our home very neat and clean. I could not be more pleased.

Provided an appointment and left me waiting all day. Extremely poor communications. NEVER showed up. Had to hire another company.

Amazing and fair service

Luis and Jenny, their Team did an exceptional job. This is a family owned business with great work ethic and professionalim, and kindness. They kept their word and completed my floors on time. I will definitely hire them again, They got the job right the first time.

I have a older 55 year old house built into the side of a canyon in the foothills of the mountains west of Denver. When I bought the house 15 years ago the previous owner had done a floor repair that was of very poor quality. Luis came to inspect the next day and offered me his view on how to do this repair, and even sat on his phone and called 2 suppliers until he found the same flooring that matched what I had. He also told me the match would be close, but not at 100%, unless he did the entire first floor, but over time it would come closer to the rest of the floor. He also looked at a small 120 sq. ft. deck I have off the living room, that needed either new deck coating over wood that was coming up. Luis gave me a fair quote, and came the following week to do the work, all in 1 day. It was all well above expectations. The floor repair is really above 95% match, and just looks great. I think it will be unnoticeable to almost everyone, but me. The deck refinish- Luis suggested that the wood planks on the deck were of very high quality, and if we sanded them down, and put on a clear coat it would look perfect. The results were just stunning, and greatly enhanced the beauty of the deck. I can't believe what a perfect job they did on this old deck. On time, on budget, and great communication on the project. This is who I will use for any of this work going forward.

Luis and his team did and excellent job of removing the carpet on our stairs and replacing it with hardwood. Communication with us was excellent. Excellent workmanship.

Luis and his team were so helpful after another contractor did a horrible job refinishing our floor. Juniors Hardwood Floors were fast and provided great service, and at competitive price. The only thing I wish they wouldâ ve refinished the transition to our kitchen, itâ s very small but itâ s just not something I wanted to add to my to do list. Otherwise, our floors look beautiful!

We hired them before we moved into the house we just purchased. Here we are over a month after our contract stated the floors would be finished. There are spots EVERYWHERE missing wood filler and it looks horrible. Pieces of wood that were the reaspn we hired them in the first place werent replaced. Keep in mind we stood around them and spoke about them at least 3 times. Doors were left off. Molding was left off. Air vents were left off. I've never hired a company that left our place like this and didn't put things back after finishing a job. I'm not sure what they consider finished, but this isn't it. Tons of areas left unfinished well. Took our money and stopped contacting us. I knew better than to pay them before getting the chance to check out the floors but i thought theyd be trust worthy. We've given them many chances to come and finish and fix this now. We're now looking to file a law suit and have several pictures of proof. They've said "we will come in 2-3 days to finish it and replace those boards and fill the wood" like 5 times now and it's now been over a month!! Lolll. I've never seen such bad service.

Luis went out of his way to help us out, and finished the job quickly and professionally.

Cannot say enough about the skill of Luis right from the start of the job you could see that he is an experienced professional nothing was any problem he explained everything he was doing. I would hire him again and would recommend him to anyone needing an awesome job done !
