"Exceptional customer service and attention to detail."

"Very convenient handyman services. I've been using them to fix creaks in my subfloors and stairs. Each time work was done precisely and professionally. Happy to be using them each time I need something fixed around the house."

"Philly was helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you for the great service."

"Don Hall and his crew showed professionalism beyond any of the stonework contractors I hired before. They were prompt and on time every morning at 0800 or earlier, they worked the full day, did great work, communicative, made materials pickup, recommendations, and cleaned up everything after the job. So impressed that I gave them a bonus to their very fair job quote. I cannot recommend his team enough, and plan to do other work with him in the near future."

"Jonathon was so easy to work with. He took his time in evaluating my project, then offered a few choices on how to complete it. We really appreciated his friendly demeanor while in our home and his knowledge of how to help us was exceptional. My project was completed quickly with a reassurance that he would come back if needed. We will use Central Services again."

"Yes they got the job done, it was a big job he was here all day. Everything is back together and working the way it should, would highly recommend Scrivener Services."

"Trevor did an excellent job cleaning our deck/patio areas (500SF of stamped concrete, 400 SF of Eon composite decking). Decking: 20 yrs old. Stamped concrete: 30 yrs old. He power washed the surfaces with a 2700 PSI power washer. Pwr washing removed the loose sealer, dirt, dust etc. He applied terracotta red & brown Quikcrete color product (Home Depot or Amazon). He also applied the brown Quikcrete product to highlight the grout lines which gives the appearance of flagstone. He followed with 2 coats of Behr sealer & applied 303 Aerospace Protectant (Amazon) to the Eon deck. The 303 Product really brings the “oak color” & wood grain. Trevor also re-stained the Hot tub wood, wood bench, & vertical surfaces (posts, paneling etc). See the enclosed pics for details. Pay close attention to the Co Spgs weather. Sealers can take a few hrs to dry."

"Kelly helped with *lots* of various things around my new house, and everything is looking great! We kept going to fix one thing and finding extra problems to deal with, and he just rolled with it all, until we were done! I’ll definitely be calling him back out to help with future projects! He was excellent, and I couldn’t have done all this without his help! Thanks again, Kelly! Until next time!"
