He most recently helped patch holes in our drywall and ceiling, He also repaired our attic hatch, replaced the seal at the bottom of our garage door, installed a storm door, and put in a latch to hold our furnace filter in place. We hired Focal Point Interiors & Exteriors to remove all of the blinds and shades; prep, caulk and paint the new trim around window and doors; then reinstall all the blinds and shades. Brett and Trevor did an excellent job, while exceeding expectations to meet our deadline before the Thanksgiving Holiday!! Highly recommend! In addition, we had Brett come back a week later to install two toilets and new sink/faucets, this work included removing a tiled shelf above the toilets, drywall, texturing and painting. We wanted to open up our floor plan for the living and dining areas so they did the demo of a wall, then re-plastered the ceiling which involved matching a complicated ceiling plaster design. They also removed some decorative mirrors in the living area again, repaired the drywall and matched the plaster pattern. They also applied a skim coat to the kitchen walls then painted everything they had repaired. Luke was very knowledgeable as was his team. They were very service minded, courteous and friendly.
