"Lloyd was a true professional and did exceptionally detailed work stripping the peeling coat and resurfacing our tub to a wonderful lustrous shine. He was available within 2 days magically. It was easy to see it was tough work, and we would have been up a creek if we tried to do it ourselves without his professional skillset. Lloyd took special attention on high-powered ventilation for the very pungent coating materials. Additionally, he pointed issues with the existing tub that could lead to future issues if proper care is not taken. I came away from his work being much more informed on how to make the new surface last. I would recommend him for your tub resurfacing without hesitation - we would hire him again."

I have a General Contractor partner who I have worked with since 2017 who does all the construction services while I do the design (in 2D and 3D) and provide the cabinets and countertops, which must sourced from us. Designs and Estimates are free of charge! As of 04/25 we have completed 125 kitchens together as well as a number of other interior remodeling work, like bathrooms, paint, drywall, flooring, etc. We have a great process down! We are also experts in structural work like removing bearing walls (and building beams) removing soffits or false ceilings, building new walls, pantries, etc. We do most of our work with our own crew, so we maintain our quality of work and control costs. "In hindsight, I believe we were charged anywhere from five to $8000 more than what we should’ve paid. We had a walk-in bathtub installed and while I like the bathtub, the overall cost was excessive. We prepped the bathroom and removed the old bathtub so they did not have to contend with any remodeling or removal of old construction. The plumbing itself did not have to be moved so the only thing they had to do was deliver and install the tub. I would recommend for anybody using this company to not succumb like I did to the pressure buy. If they’re going to install it, they should be able to give you a quote that they standby as you compare prices with other installation companies. After the installation was completed, we did all the backsplash tiling ourselves as well as decorative tiling around the base of the tub."

He was easy to communicate with via email and text to schedule the work to be done. They converted our office into a true bedroom by moving a doorway, adding a closet, and making all trim and paint match. He was very professional and cared about keeping our home as clean and livable as possible during the construction. He laid blanket tarps on the ground each day throughout the house where they would be working and walking and took them up each day before leaving so we could live normally for the evening. He made the cuts for the trim and framing on our deck to keep the dust to minimum inside. He even went to Home Depot to get a new part when we asked him about making a last minute change.
