Jose was able to winterize my system even though it is out dated. He found a way around the problem and recommended an inexpensive fix to update the system to fix the system. In this busy season he shopped for parts and fixed it right away. I rate his customer service excellent and his prices more than reasonable. I will hire him again to help me out.

Jose came out after I found him on Angi to winterize the sprinkler system when he got there he was very respectful and seemed to be knowledgeable about the service he was providing. After I showed him where the sprinklers were he got his tools and began working. He asked if I wanted to watch what he did so I could learn and potentially do the service myself going forward so I watched what he did and we talked while he did the service. After he blew out the system he said everything should be winterized properly we discussed payment and we both agreed that Zelle would work for payment so he was sent $80 through Zelle for the services he provided gathered up his equipment and left. This all occurred on October 30th, 2024. Last night my mother got home and noticed that there was water spraying out by the side of the house upon further inspection one of the pipes had burst because Jose did not properly winterize the system so with the cold temps we've been experiencing lately the pressure burst the pipe resulting in high-pressure water spraying directly onto the side of the house for multiple hours pealing up paint. One of our neighbors not iced the water and was able to come and help up get the water shut off and properly winterize the system as that is something they do for work so as of now the water is shut off the system is properly winterized but the pipe is still split and will need to be repaired in spring when the temperature rises.

Did a great job, and offered to show me how to turn my system back on so I do not have to call someone come in the spring.

I would have absolutely gave him a five star review based on the first half of the experience. But then he really dropped the ball and never came back to complete the work. Kept telling me he would come back on different days, never showed up, only communicated when I reached out and then ultimately ghosted me. Left us with a messed up sprinkler head we are now trying to repair. For someone trying to get their business up and running he has a lot to learn about customer service. Also found it strange that all of his other five star reviews were all given within 3 days of each other. Padding your reviews??? Guess that should have been my first indicator.
