We gathered 4 different estimates for this project, and Basset offered the best value by far. The maintenance plan offered more service for less cost compared to the other professionals. Basset was able to get us on the installation schedule within a week of our estimate! The installers (AC unit and electrical) were kind and professional. They called 20 minutes out to let us know they were on their way. The installer also took time to go over basic information, common problems, and what to do under certain circumstances. "He answered our call on the day we made it - one day before Christmas Eve. He had a full schedule, but came to do the job around 5:30 and worked until after 8:00 so that we would not be without hot water through Christmas. The basement was flooded, the staircase to it winding and narrow, the gravity fed heater in front of the water heater original to the house (1910) and an arm of it had to be removed and put back.... Through it all Greg was calm, kept his sense of humor and fixed us up. Talk about above and beyond! - he's the best!
