"Clay Hiles and CJ were AWESOME. They were very courteous and hard working. And they were very disciplined in cleaning up a plumbing clog that required some serious effort. Thank you fellas."

"The gentleman who provided the estimate was very knowledgeable and passionate about his trade. He took time to educate us on our best options and he fully answered all our questions. We gathered 4 different estimates for this project, and Basset offered the best value by far. The maintenance plan offered more service for less cost compared to the other professionals. Basset was able to get us on the installation schedule within a week of our estimate! The installers (AC unit and electrical) were kind and professional. They called 20 minutes out to let us know they were on their way. The installer also took time to go over basic information, common problems, and what to do under certain circumstances. We were very pleased with our entire experience with Basset and we highly recommend them for any related home improvement project."

"They were in constant contact with me as to when they would be arriving. They were professional and listened to my concerns and explained what needed to be done. They went above and beyond in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fixes in plumbing."

"Todd came out due to my lack of water pressure. He accommodated my availability since I work full time. He was friendly, extremely thorough, explained everything, and was very generous with his time. He was able to increase my water pressure so I don't have to spend 2 hours watering my grass anymore but can run 2 hoses with sprinkler heads at the same time! I am incredibly grateful for his knowledge and help."

"All of my toilets in the house backed up. Called wild Waters plumbing who responded promptly. Found a plug in my septic tank and used a shovel to remove it. Refused to charge a trip charge despite my insistence. This is a highly ethical company focused on customer service. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a honest plumber. I will certainly be using them in the future for other needs."

"Kevin was excellent. He looked over the problem, gave me suggestions and options for getting the job done, and explained everything to me in ways I could understand because I have no idea what needed to be done. Kevin fixed my problem (the same day no less) and I was totally satisfied with his work. If I have any other plumbing issue I won't even bother calling anyone else. Thank you Kevin I appreciate your help."

"The technician did a wonderful and thorough job!! He was very professional, and I'd use this company again in the future, if needed!!!"

"5 stars for this company. After interviewing several plumbers for residential bathroom renovations and water heater replacement I hired Lujan PSI, who a local plumbing supply company recommended. The owner Lucas was prompt and responsive to my needs throughout my project. All work was completed on schedule and was competitively priced. In a place and time where the demand for contractors is extraordinary and it is difficult to find one who cares, Lujan PSI is a standout. This local, family owned company has earned my highest recommendation."

"They were great! He unclogged some drains, inspected my water heater and made some recommendations. He was friendly and professional."

"Gave good advise. Had investigated tankless heaters and Jacob from Alphalete gave good sound reasons to go traditional in our situation. Called in the morning, done by 1pm with new water heater up and running. The Alphalette team was great."
