"Clay gave the estimate and Clay and CJ did the install. I was happy with them, very professional and courteous. They were fast and efficient. Clean up could have been a tiny bit better, found tape, boxes, plastic around after a thorough walk through. When looking at the caulking around the sinks, it was a bit sloppy, will need to cut some away and clean some off edges of the sink. Overall they were good."

"He answered our call on the day we made it - one day before Christmas Eve. He had a full schedule, but came to do the job around 5:30 and worked until after 8:00 so that we would not be without hot water through Christmas. The basement was flooded, the staircase to it winding and narrow, the gravity fed heater in front of the water heater original to the house (1910) and an arm of it had to be removed and put back.... Through it all Greg was calm, kept his sense of humor and fixed us up. Talk about above and beyond! - he's the best!

"After consulting with Walter I decided not to do an install of a tankless water heater and instead replace my current 40 gal water heater. He did not try to push the install of a more expensive and construction heavy tankless heater. Walter was also able to replace the water heater the same day, total 6 hours elapsed, 4 hours actual work time. The owner Donny also helped out. Both were very professional and informed me of everything they were doing. All prices were provided up front and any extra work or part replacement was explained and why it needed to by upgraded (mainly to conform to current housing code). I would recommend this company to anyone that asks for my opinion on my choice of plumbers."
