Ezell Hardwood Flooring LLC

Scott (Ezell) did a fantastic job on our hardwood floors at a competitive price. He pulled out carpet and laid wood floors across our 2400sqft main level seven years ago (and they still look wonderful). Then he came back to do a refinish and beautiful 16-step staircase four years later when we had some window water leaks. And just a few months ago we hired him back to do a full floor refinish and level out some warped boards from a dishwasher leak. My father also hired him to lay wood floors on the top level of his home several years ago. As you can see, we have re-hired Scott multiple times due to his amazing work! Thats about the best recommendation I can give him, that we only use him for all our floor work! For the latest refinish job, Scott and his team went to work and knocked it out fast and professionally, and the floors look like new. He and his team also moved furniture out and back (for a small upcharge) during the refinish. He came back later to do some minor touchup maintenance at no charge which truly demonstrates his professionalism!

Don't hire Ezell Hardwood Floors for ANYTHING

Finish work on the floor is  substandard and will have to redone.  Finish work doesn't meet the National American Wood Flooring Association standards per independent review.  The contractor was not prompt, would disappear into his truck for long periods of time, work was not completed in a timely manner.  We found  major issues in each step of  the refinishing process and it was not corrected.  Finally, got frustrated and paid him for the work completed.  We are having another company refinish the floors and will be persuing a refund for the finish work.
