They called us with plenty of notice as to when they would be there and arrived on time. They were polite and courteous and were able to raise our back patio up the 3 inches or so that it had dropped and did not make a mess. "Our home is 48 years old and the primary center support beam (3-2x12) x 24 feet, resting on 2 concrete piers dug to bedrock was beginning to sag due to the weight of a 2-story house above. Cracks were appearing in the walls, and doors wouldn't close. The crawl space under the house was only 15-18 inches high, but the Thrasher crew was able to crawl under the house and install 8 supporting steel plates and screws, and bring the floor above the beam back into level. The doors now close and the wallboard cracks will be repaired at a later date. The Thrasher crew showed up on time and took only 5 hours to complete the work. They were professional and efficient.
