As a rental property I wanted to change to a laminate floor and get some new baseboard installed. They got me the estimate in a timely fashion and price was very competitive. "Our home is 48 years old and the primary center support beam (3-2x12) x 24 feet, resting on 2 concrete piers dug to bedrock was beginning to sag due to the weight of a 2-story house above. Cracks were appearing in the walls, and doors wouldn't close. The crawl space under the house was only 15-18 inches high, but the Thrasher crew was able to crawl under the house and install 8 supporting steel plates and screws, and bring the floor above the beam back into level. The doors now close and the wallboard cracks will be repaired at a later date. The Thrasher crew showed up on time and took only 5 hours to complete the work. They were professional and efficient.
