Concrete Flatwork Repair & Resurface
After the first snow melted off of the surface of my porch step, I am left with white spots which indicate that the surface was not properly prepared for the staining process. I have tried to reach rick by email, phone message and text. I have had absolute no luck. He has not responded to any of my efforts to speak with him.
