We first contacted Jack in 2013 to help us with a small kitchen remodel project. He helped us design and install a granite countertop and add trim detail around the kitchen window. This was a relatively small project but Jack was detailed and attentive to us throughout. "GreenHouse did a fantastic job on our new deck and porch from beginning to end. Juan was instrumental in developing the overall design concept, as well as brainstorming ideas for how to implement some of the custom details that we wanted (including a drink table for our hot tub!). He offered various design schemes for the deck boards, railing and stairs, as well, presenting options for upgraded looks and function while never pushing for pricier items (he even steered us away from the highest end composite panels because he didn't believe that we would benefit enough from it). Ricky and the construction team were friendly, always on time and created an extremely sturdy and attractive deck that was just as cool - or better - than Juan described during the design. Overall, GreenHouse delivered on their promises, finishing in even less time than they estimated and at the agreed budget price with no change orders or markups along the way. We partner with a great General Contractor to provide all the services you need - flooring, electrical, plumbing, drywall, etc. And we can remove walls and soffits, raise ceilings and build structural beams, as well as bathroom updates and other interior work. (Replacement doors, drywall repair and texture, new baseboards, etc.) If your kitchen is too small, we can figure out ways to expand it. As of summer 2024, we have done over 110 kitchens together. We cover most of metro Denver except the far south. (Castle Rock, Parker, etc.) Call us today for a free design consultation!

The project took three weeks longer than the maximum time quoted, and on multiple occasions we were told work would be done and no one showed. We also had to have work redone multiple times because it was not done right, or very well, the first time. Remodels are hard, but it turned out to be so much more of a headache than it needed to be."
