"Don was excellent. He performed a very thorough inspection of my system and clearly explained all his findings. My furnace is 20 years old, and despite finding many smaller issues he was not pushy about replacing the entire thing. He just gave an honest assessment of the condition. Don correctly found the issue with the blower (bad controller board) and fixed the cause of the failure (plugged drain pipe, causing water damage). After replacing the board the furnace is back up and running. I'll be giving them a call when it is time to replace the furnace."

"Highly recommended and I will be calling next time I need help. My heater wasn't heating so I called around. Dylan was able to come straight over, less than 2 hours after I called the house was warm. Luckily it was a simple fix, no parts needed (a spider had built it's web in there), so the whole repair was covered under the $89 service fee. Dylan was respectful of me and of my home. AND he told me they work on swamp coolers, which is sort of hard to find these days."
