Chris was great! We have an old boiler and wanted a tune-up before winter starts. Chris was kind and helpful, especially as I didn't have much experience with the unit as we moved in the summer. Dispatch was also very communicative and all went well.

Go with these guys, cannot recommend enough. Had been using a different company for a while and finally got tired of them, found Emporia and they are amazing. They installed a heat pump for us and it's been superb. Always professional, super nice, always on time and do just amazing work. They even fixed a bunch of mistakes the old company made. Very communicative, seriously I do not have a single bad thing to say about them.

They did an excellent job. The HVAC person was very knowledgeable and dedicated, to me its a reliable employee. For the person that installed the energy monitor, he seemed to be competent.

Service was quick and professional. Technician did an excellent job of telling me what he was doing, and explaining common problems. I felt like I was getting good service at an extremely fair price. After the tune-up of both my furnace and HVAC compressor, I saw a noticeable improvement in the energy usage of both from the energy monitor (Emporia Vue) that the technician installed.

Excellent! Tim was early/on-time. He spent time explaining my equipment and options. He didn't try to "up sell" and "over sell" me on anything. He was straight forward and told me the reality of what my options we're in the future because my furnace has another good 5+ years left in it! Refreshing experience with Emporia Home Services. I recommend them to everyone.

Very professional. They did an annual service check on my furnace. While doing so, they found that my filter was wrong and could have caused major damage to the furnace. They were able to find me the correct filter in a timely manner. I'll be calling them whenever something is wrong or I need another furnace cleaning/check.
