Service was quick and professional. Technician did an excellent job of telling me what he was doing, and explaining common problems. I felt like I was getting good service at an extremely fair price. After the tune-up of both my furnace and HVAC compressor, I saw a noticeable improvement in the energy usage of both from the energy monitor (Emporia Vue) that the technician installed.

Excellent! Tim was early/on-time. He spent time explaining my equipment and options. He didn't try to "up sell" and "over sell" me on anything. He was straight forward and told me the reality of what my options we're in the future because my furnace has another good 5+ years left in it! Refreshing experience with Emporia Home Services. Very professional. They did an annual service check on my furnace. While doing so, they found that my filter was wrong and could have caused major damage to the furnace. They were able to find me the correct filter in a timely manner. I'll be calling them whenever something is wrong or I need another furnace cleaning/check.
