I hired Cavazos Heating and Air Conditioning to replace my 25 year old boiler and customize a 4 zone Heating system in my multi-story 65 year old home. He did an amazing job and I am very happy with the final work product I now have comfortable heat to all portions of my home. Additionally, Andy, the owner of Cavazos, was 35% and 50% less expensive than the other two estimates I obtained. You cannot go wrong with selecting Cavazos for a major job!

Andy is a true professional., Very knowledgeable and gave great advice. He and his son installed a mini split system in my garage in one day. Will definitely use him again.

Andy arrived a few minutes early (which is nice for a contractor) and immediately went up on the roof to examine the problem. Came back and showed me that the main pulley wheel had fallen off and the drive belt was disconnected. He checked out the motor, reattached the wheel and belt and was done quickly and efficiently.

Andi was awesome and is an expert in what he does. I highly recommend him and will hire him again!

During an inspection as part of the sale of our home, our A/C shut down although we have never had issues with our system before. Andy was able to come out the very next morning and fixed the problem quickly. He stayed for about an hour to ensure it didnâ t just shut down again. He checked everything over and was able to ensure the buyers that the system is in good working condition. Andy was knowledgeable, quick to respond, thorough and friendly to boot!

Andy was incredibly timely to respond to my posting for Hvac help. He arrived on time and greeted and treated my 3 large dogs with love. He got right to business and diagnosed the problem and solved it with a new part (that he procured for 50% less and 2x quicker than I could) within 2 hours. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone who wants a seamless stress free hvac fix timely.
