So, this year, I asked them to paint the living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bedroom and hallway. Luis did the entire job. His attention to detail (caulking, lines, windows, doors) was amazing. In fact the initial quote was for 4 days but they completed it in 3 and on budget. The work involved the removal of 30 year old wall paper, scrape, resurface walls/ceilings and paint. The rooms really look fantastic. We are planning another similar project for the master bedroom and living room, I will definitely have them execute that project as well.
