It is very disruptive to have hardwood floors refinished especially when you have pets. The refinishers were never on time and basically worked 13 hours over a 3 day period, which IMHO, is not doing "everything they can to stay on schedule," per contract wording. Our floors were supposed to be completed on a Saturday, which they weren't. We were told Saturday, after they worked for inly 3 hours, they would be back Monday. Having our pets locked in 1 room for 5-7 days as well as our entire kitchen taped off and unusable while they only work a few hours per day is not what I would call good customer service nor a good experience. I maybe old fashioned but my God, is there anybody left in this world that believes customer service is still a thung?"

It is very disruptive to have hardwood floors refinished especially when you have pets. The refinishers were never on time and basically worked 13 hours over a 3 day period, which IMHO, is not doing "everything they can to stay on schedule," per contract wording. Our floors were supposed to be completed on a Saturday, which they weren't. We were told Saturday, after they worked for inly 3 hours, they would be back Monday.
