Special thanks to: • Oswald, our project manager, who was calm, professional, and true to his word • Erwin, who showed up daily and gave 100% • Wesley, the foreman, who went above and beyond • Jon Virgil, who supported us from beginning to end Highly recommended. Great value, great team, and great results!"
"WestPro worked with me on an insurance denial for obvious hail damage for over a year. Because of their dedication I was able to have my roof replaced. The work was top notch and I have had my roof complimented by my neighbors several times. Would highly recommend."
"The Hausline team did a fantastic job on my siding installation. The project was reasonably priced for the market and the installation team worked quickly and efficiently. The quality is second to none and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get siding on their home."
"After looking for a couple of years and not being able to find a siding company that would smaller jobs, I finally found Colorado Siding Repair. They came out and reviewed the job to replace one wall of siding on my garage that was badly warped. I chose to use a different type than the original, remove a damaged vent, etc. and it came out perfect. They were prompt, kept the work area clean, did some additional finish details to make the front of my house look great. I had one small issue and they promptly came back out and fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this company (and have to several people). They are doing a great service by offering repair/replacement on smaller jobs."
"I recently had my entire home re-sided, with upgraded window trim, full window resealing, and detailed sealing around the perimeter and roofline. The quality of the work was outstanding. Every step was precise, meticulous, organized, and extremely clean. Bryon works with a level of craftsmanship and efficiency that is rare—every cut, seam, and finish was completed with care and accuracy.
Equally important, Bryon is a contractor with true integrity. He is honest, reliable, and communicates clearly from start to finish. He documents everything upfront and follows through exactly as promised. As he works, it’s obvious he performs every step he was contracted to do—no shortcuts and no surprises. I’ve worked with more disappointing contractors than good ones over the years, and finding someone with this combination of skill, professionalism, and honesty is exceptional. Bryon has earned my full trust, and he will be my go-to for as long as I own my home. He has my highest recommendation."
"All the work went well. Paulo was very professional and responsive. We had a few delays that were out of his hands - mostly due to suppliers who were behind schedule. Nothing major, but Paulo communicated about all of these in a timely fashion. We replaced all of our vinyl siding with James Hardie board. Also replaced several exterior windows. Paulo also replaced all of our old gutters. Everything was painted to order including old soffets and fascia. Someone touched up the drywall texturing around the new windows and then painted everything to match. The work was done efficiently. They paid attention to detail and fabricated nice trims around outlets and utility vents. My only gripe would be that they didn't leave the roof clean, and after the first rain, I found a lot of debris and nails that had blown down into the yard and driveway. Everybody on his crew was friendly and respectful. There was always at least one person on site who spoke perfect English."
Though vinyl siding is affordable, the material may not last as long or look as good as other siding materials. For example, wood siding has a beautiful, natural appearance but requires much more maintenance to keep your siding looking as good as new.
Fiber cement siding is another alternative that mimics the appearance of wood siding. Like vinyl siding, fiber cement is a low-maintenance material, but it does come at a higher price and is heavier and more difficult to install. Weigh the pros and cons of all siding materials before you decide on the best option for your home.
The necessary frequency of mold cleaning in your home will depend on several factors, including the climate, the presence of moisture sources, and the type of siding. It's generally recommended to inspect your siding regularly and clean any mold growth as soon as it appears to prevent it from spreading or causing damage. If you’re not sure how often you should clean mold off siding, you can always contact a siding contractor near you to consult on what maintenance schedule will work best for your home.
Dents, rust, loose panels, and weather-related damage are common problems requiring repair.
Yes, cedar is a popular option for shou sugi ban siding, which is a Japanese style of charring wood for a home’s exterior to finish and protect the material. Cedar shou sugi ban siding costs $15 per square foot on average, but ranges between $2 and $25 per square foot depending on your home’s size, the price of labor, and where you live.
For the materials alone, a square of siding costs an average of $600, but prices can range from $100 to $3,000, depending on the material. Vinyl siding costs toward the lower end of that range, while real brick or stone siding costs closer to the higher end. Keep in mind that many boxes of siding contain two squares, enough to cover 200 square feet, so you may need to double your cost if you only need one square.
