"For the most part, Trio did a very good job. The demolition of the old deck went well. The building of the new deck went well. The new deck looks great, and we're happy with it, so far. The steps had to be redone, but they got it right, the second time. Many of the days, Jason and Nick were on site to monitor the construction crew which was a good feeling. They did a great job with the clean-up process afterwards, too. The only concern I had was that it took about 2 or 3 weeks after I made my down payment before I heard from Trio, and I had to contact them. I would have liked to have been informed on steps taken on a weekly basis. There were a few times, that I didn't receive a response back after leaving messages for them. They can improve in this area, too. But overall, we're happy with our new deck, and I would recommend Trio Construction for any projects you are considering for your residence or business."

He removed everything from an upstairs bedroom and hauled away. Plus removed a big screen tv before he departed. I will absolutely call him for my next project!"

"William and his team went above and beyond for us. We hired him to assemble and install a metal pergola before Memorial Day Weekend. The freight company called to tell me that they couldn't deliver in time for the holiday. I asked William if he would be willing to pick it up for us. Not an easy task on a Friday before the holiday and it was a 400lb piece of equipment. He agreed to pick it up and brought it to us on Saturday morning and a few hours later our pergola was installed and ready for our time with family in our backyard. Young guys need to learn to give a range of cost ( 250-500) look at the project and then give final number. Don't do the work and hope the owner doesn't flip out on you. Been there done that!!"
