Working with Cardinal as a Partner, helping clients with there screen repairs is what I Do. Johnathon has great communication with myself and his customers and I enjoy working with his company. They're a great team!

Terrible at communication. They never reply back and are a nightmare to get a hold of after the work is done.

Jonathon came to offer services after storm damage. He was hired to do the roof and worked with our insurance. His crew of two roofers showed up to begin work, and it took three days to tear off the old roof. The crew would leave for hours at a time. In the middle of the job, Jon told us he had told the crew of two to leave the job or he was going to have them arrested, as he wanted us to sit there with an unfinished roof. I said this was unacceptable. The crew returned, at which time it was slowly finished. We were contracted to get vents that have never been installed, and there is a ripple or wave in the shingles in how they are laid. We have contacted Jon several times, and he said he would come and look at the roof. He has not been here since he was paid. I was so disappointed in the business and the quality of work that was done. Roofs are necessary and costly; mine were handled carelessly and sloppy.

Cardinal Exterior was great to work with. They met with our insurance and the process was simple. The cleanup was great and only took one day to build the roof. Would definitely use them again!

Jon was fantastic to work with! He was super responsive and nailed the job! We had a weird shaped roof spot that needed gutters and down spouts and they did an amazing job. His crew was very professional and did the job in one day. Would definitely hire Cardinal Exterior again!
