Greenslate Roofing and Siding

We had siding. roofing, gutters, windows, trim and paint damage to our home. I wasn't sure who to trust. I was referred to Greenslate Roofing and Siding by my neighbor down the street who had them on their roof as well. Joe the owner and his team over at Greenlsate were fantastic easy to work with, they kept me informed of the steps, set expectations and followed through, on top of that we got a great finished product. Greenslate has me as a life long client.

Excellent experience working with Joe O’Connor and his team. I was dreading roof replacement following a recent hail storm. My initial experience and estimate/sales pitch with a larger company did not do anything to ease my anxiety. I found Joe super easy to work with. He was immediately responsive to all of my text messages and phone calls, he handled all of the negotiation with my insurance company, he coordinated removal and reinstallation of my solar panels, and his crew did excellent work. They even installed the upgraded class 4 shingles at no extra cost to us. Highly recommend Greenslate for anyone in the Denver area looking to work with a LOCAL and highly responsive team!

GreenSlate Roofing replaced the roof on my house 4 years ago and did such an excellent job I contacted Joe (owner) when I discovered I needed to replace the roof on my gazebo. Once again, they did a great job at a reasonable price. Not only did Joe bid the job, he was on site a couple of times to check on the progress/quality of the job.

He diligently followed-up with the insurance companies to speed up the process. He also coached us through the payout process, which was confusing. The work done by his teams was top quality.

Joe was more than helpful, he went above and beyond. He helped us get the best roof from the Insurance company, checked in with us frequently and answered all of our questions and concerns. The job was a complete tear off and included Hardy siding. We could not be happier with the outcome.

Joe came in with the low bid, and he did not add to it. Even when I did not listen to his advice.

homeadvisor doesn't need to call me several times during and after the process for information and reviews. It is really annoying. Probably over 6 phone calls and at least as many emails throughout the process. Ridiculous

Joe O'Connor and crew leave nothing to be desired with regard to customer service as well as quality of workmanship. Joe treated me with understanding and respect and treated my home as if it were his own. Right from the start, Joe wanted only the best for me and he took the time to explain why he would be using specific materials and practices when installing my new roof. As with any major project, follow-up is key. This is also something that seems to come naturally for Joe O'Connor. AWESOME, AWESOME job!!

They did a wonderful job, roof looks really nice. Workers did a fantastic job. Joe was checking in many times throughout the day and even the next when roof got inspected by the City of Aurora.
