I have never used advertising as my business is based fully upon referral and call-backs. I am the sole owner/operator/installer, though on larger projects I will occasionally hire respectable laborers/sub contractors. No subs for tile work. I am personally there every workday throughout. I do everything right the first time, and I take extreme pride in my work. The demand for my services is based on quality of my installations, as well as constant communication with my clients.
