I'm very happy with Ty's work on our hardwood floors. We removed the carpet in our new home and found that the previous owner had nailed hundreds of flat-head nails into the boards as well as moved some walls, leaving gaps in the flooring. Ty came in and provided a detailed explanation for how he would help us fix the issues and refinish the floor, providing a very reasonable quote. He responded right away to a number of other questions that I had before he got started. He then finished in the timeline that he communicated and the floors look great. Thank you Ty!

I contracted with Ty at Robinson Hardwood Floors to refinish my 104 year old fir floors. Before meeting with Ty I was convinced I would have to replace them because they were in such bad shape. Lucky me! Ty assured me that there was life left in them. He did a beautiful job not only refinishing them, but fixing the gaps and and loose boards. He was responsive and efficient, with both my time and his. I so appreciate a contractor that does exactly what they says they will do. I highly recommend Robinson Hardwood Floors, especially for the older pine floors.

Tyler was great to work with. He answered my calls within the hour if I had to leave VM at all. Super responsive. Clear communicator. Offered suggestions about how to approach the job and options. Didn't feel pressured or otherwise pushed to a decision. Will hire him again for another job coming up next month. Great worker!

Ty did a fantastic job rehabbing my very beat up pine floors. I purchased a 115 year old home with original floors in bad shape and expected to have to replace the floor, but Robinson Hardwood was able to patch them where necessary and get them looking beautiful again.
