Howdy Neighbor!!! Folks around here call me "Cowboy Jim" (Owner of Perfection Coating & Handyman Services, LLC). I am based out of Johnstown, Colorado but I will travel almost ANYWHERE for the right opportunity. My Primary specialty is Interior/Exterior Painting, Refinishing or Refubishing Decks or Fences, or Deck & Fence repair. However, I AM and ALWAYS have been a HANDYMAN!!! (35 years experience). I am fully Licensed and Insured (2 million Dollars of Liability for every property that I or my crew works on). On ALL of my projects I extend a 2 year waranty that is fully transferable to any new owneships. I can also accept ALL major credit cards to possibly help you schedule your projects easier. This time of the year with the added pressure of our economy and the holidays, many companies are offering reasonable discounts for their services. Although this may be attractive to most people, I have found that too many shortcuts are taken when you discount your services too much. I will NEVER claim to be the cheapest in the industry!!! However, my prices are fair, and below market standards. I will NEVER trade off my PERFECTIONIST ways for a lower price. I am a man of GREAT integrity and HONOR. I think that we can all agree that is a rare thing these days. I am prompt, reliable, EXTREMELY neat and organized, detail oriented to a fault at times, and I often take that extra step to take care of something that my customers were not expecting. I know many people have delayed painting the EXTERIOR of their homes or structures the past 3 seasons. However......It's NOT TOO LATE to paint your exteriors. I primarily use Sherwin Williams paints that are designed to be used as low as 35 degrees, and up to 85 degrees. These paints have a minimum of a 15 year gurantee as well. As far as interior painting, I use ZERO V.O.C. Paints. We can match any color, and even give you some interior design ideas. Pricing can vary from project to project. It is always best to estimate this is person. My estimates are ALWAYS free of charge!!! Some projects that I do are done as an hourly rate (Most Handyman Services are priced this way) My hourly rate for SMALL projects are $60.00 for the first hour, an $40.00 for each additional hour, PLUS any material costs. I DO NOT mark up materials like most companies either!!! I only charge you what I pay for those materials, and those are usually discounted due to my contractor status. Painting prices average at about $300.00 for an average INTERIOR bedroom, and EXTERIOR painting AVERAGES at about $2,200.00. Please keep in mind that these are AVERAGE Prices. Let me tell you a little bit about us. I am Seth Kuddes, owner of United Window Cleaning. When I graduated from CSU (Go Rams!) with a degree in Business Management it was time for my dreams of being an entrepreneur to be put in motion. I launched United Window Cleaning in the summer of 2007 as a local, family-owned window washing business, and it continues to operate that way. My ongoing desire is to create a thriving window cleaning company that is operated with integrity, marked by professional excellence, and carried out with friendliness. In just a few years we have expanded to cover Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, and all the surrounding areas! And because of you, our customers, we are also expanding our services to include gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and screen repair/replacement. As the business has grown, so has my family! In March of 2008 I married my creative, fun-loving wife, Jessica. Our son Josiah was born in 2010, our sweet daughter, Hope, arrived in 2013, we adopted our second son, Jonah in 2015 and last but not least we had one more beautiful daughter, Hannah in 2016.
