Ram Glass Service provides the highest level of service in Northern Colorado. Our response is quick and our lead times are short. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. Our experience and commitment to excellence guarantee that we will exceed our cusomer's expectations. We provide free estimates at all times. A 50% deposit is required when materials need to be ordered. The invoice balance is due upon job completion. We do not use subcontractors.

"Mr. P****** We offered to send someone to your home and pick up the broken glass twice on the same day we installed the replacement glass (May 27, 2020). You declined our offer. I noticed your review was posted to Angie's List one day before we actually installed the replacement glass. You posted this review on May 26th. We installed the glass for you on May 27th. How could we have left broken glass on your patio on May 26th? Please have this post removed from Angie's List right away. You have nothing to gain by being dishonest."
"We appreciate this the member's business very much and just wanted to clarify our position regarding the what he desribes asa high labor estimate. There is a lot of travel time getting to and from the member's home. We, as a business have to account for as much of our employees work time as possible when estimating the work we do. Our employees are paid whether they are traveling to and from a job location or actually performing the work. Yes, the labor estimate we provided was several times higher than the material itself, but traveling to and from the job would have taken at least 3 to 4 times longer than actually performing the work."
They did a great job. Very responsive about calling me back and scheduling. The technicians they sent out were excellent, right on time, very polite.
