"Our experience with 20/20 Window Cleaning was the best!!  I've tried to find window washers in the past but haven't had much luch in finding one that pays attention to the details.  Jim & Alfredo did an excellent job inside and outside at our new home.  They are professional, thorough and provide great attention to detail.  They both are very pleasant to be around and even took their shoes off when entering our home. I contacted him again a few months later for a re quote and to hire for the work, but he was very inconsistent about getting back to me, and never tried to reschedule any time for me. Had high hopes, but unfortunately would not recommend due to inconsistent and unreliable followup/scheduling."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
