"Riz actually took care of several things while here. He replaced a part in a toilet. He purchased and installed lightbulbs in a high ceiling and in another place where I was unwilling to get on a ladder to handle for myself. He's a fast worker, obviously very knowledgeable about what it takes to do a job, and very prepared. He even vacuums up any messes created by the job."
