Lucy handled the estimating, scheduling, and invoicing, while husband Jose (and his crew) handled the actual painting and associated work. All get-togethers were scheduled and on-time. On my split-level house, Jose et al spent a day on the prep work, which included the replacement of more than 10 runs of damaged "fiber-board" siding, along with the usual sanding, scraping, and priming. The prep work was followed by 1 1/2 day of painting (and a comprehensive site clean-up).
