"I looked at several businesses to raise my existing rear concrete patio. By far & away, I hired Leveled LLC. Ryan is small busi owner and very accountable, very affordable. Avoid Groundworks - their quote was 3 times higher. RYAN (the busi owner) is polite, on time and experienced! thank you Leveled LLC!"

"Highly recommend Summit Pro Concrete Solutions! Brian was very professional, responsive, and hard working. He came out to give us a free estimate on the same day we contacted him, and was able to complete the job the following week (concrete raising the front walkway, back patio, and a bedroom in the basement). We really appreciated his insight and honesty, and were very impressed by how quickly and level the job was! Reasonable prices and very worth it!"

"I had Advanced Concrete Lifting come out yesterday and repair the upper section of our driveway that was pretty badly cracked. Sections were at different heights, which posed a tripping hazard. Plus the edge of the driveway where it meets the garage floor was about 1 1/2" lower. ACL mudjacked the pieces back together, so now they are all at the same height, including at the garage floor. Then they used a caulking that was concrete colored, and filled in all the cracks From a distance it looks like a new driveway. This is the second time I've used ACL. They mudjacked the front door steps in Oct 2018 back up to level, so they are no longer a slip hazard when wet or icy. The same two guys that did the front steps did our driveway yesterday. They also arrived right at the scheduled time for both jobs. I highly recommend Advanced Concrete Lifting. They are professional, very good at what they do, and reasonably priced. Thanks, Chelle and Sam!"

"Trevor did a great job of leveling my driveway and a sidewalk. I have a red driveway and sidewalk which Trevor matched perfectly when he filled the holes. I was very pleased with the outcome. There was a spot under the stairs that he said the mudjacking would not work so he gave me the name of a person who could caulk it. I called Pat Corrigan who Trevor suggested. Pat also did a great job, caulking spots on the cement and he also fix spots on my flagstone patio where the cement had come loose. I would highly recommend both these guys!"

"Installed 7 push piers in two days and was able to raise the foundation of one wall up one inch to level it back with the rest of the house. The crew of Jonathan H, Manuel A and Gerardo T did an efficient and clean job. I was kept informed at every step of the process."

House Leveling questions, answered by experts

After concrete leveling is finished, it's important to keep thorough records. This includes dated before-and-after photos, all warranty information, and a record of the material specifications used. If your project in Denver required permits, file those away with any inspection reports. Also, document any related drainage improvements and keep the contractor's contact information readily available for future reference or warranty service.

Helpful?

To ensure your concrete leveling project in CO goes smoothly, proper preparation is key. Start by calling 811 Colorado to have utility lines marked. You should also evaluate and address any site drainage issues beforehand to prevent future settling. Vet your contractor by asking for local references and confirming they use materials suited for Colorado's high altitude and extreme temperatures. Clearing the work area is also essential.

Helpful?

Completing a concrete leveling project significantly boosts your home's comfort and safety in Denver. Level surfaces make snow removal easier and prevent dangerous ice pooling during freeze-thaw cycles, reducing slip hazards. It also improves curb appeal and ensures proper water drainage away from your foundation. A level garage floor allows your door to seal correctly, protecting it from Denver’s wind and weather.

Helpful?

In Denver, unexpected costs for concrete leveling often arise from addressing issues specific to the area. These can include repairing extra damage revealed by freeze-thaw cycles or treating expansive clay soils. You may also face added expenses for improving poor drainage, which is a common cause of settling. Limited site access or the need for specialized, high-altitude foam formulations can also increase the final project total.

Helpful?

To maintain your newly leveled concrete in Denver, keep a few key supplies. Use a temperature-resistant concrete crack filler for minor issues and a concrete-safe ice melt to avoid surface damage. A high-quality sealer protects against UV exposure and freeze-thaw cycles. Also, have caulk and a backer rod on hand to seal expansion joints and prevent water infiltration, which is crucial for long-term stability.
