If u decide to hire this company, ask if they can send Ross to your house to do the repair, he is tops in his field!"

"Did not have a conventional fix, had floors leveled out using boards and self-level so we could install special flooring. no concrete lifting technique used. Was able to start quickly and got job done quickly, I don't think the flooring was 100% level but the flooring seemed to go down better and I'd say about 85% more level than it was."

"I had Advanced Concrete Lifting come out yesterday and repair the upper section of our driveway that was pretty badly cracked. Sections were at different heights, which posed a tripping hazard. Plus the edge of the driveway where it meets the garage floor was about 1 1/2" lower. ACL mudjacked the pieces back together, so now they are all at the same height, including at the garage floor. Then they used a caulking that was concrete colored, and filled in all the cracks From a distance it looks like a new driveway. This is the second time I've used ACL. They mudjacked the front door steps in Oct 2018 back up to level, so they are no longer a slip hazard when wet or icy. The same two guys that did the front steps did our driveway yesterday. They also arrived right at the scheduled time for both jobs. I highly recommend Advanced Concrete Lifting. They are professional, very good at what they do, and reasonably priced. Thanks, Chelle and Sam!"

"I hired Trevor and his team to level our garage floor. It had sunk over 5 inches in some areas over the past 16 years. Trevor was always very responsive, his team was very knowledgeable and able to discuss the benefits of their concrete raising process. The work was scheduled and completed as it best fit my family s schedule and we are very happy with the result. They completed our work in record time - less than 3 hours from start to clean-up. I was very impressed. I hired Trevor because he explained the process thoroughly, was very prepared to answer my questions, and convinced me that AAA Concrete Raising was the best in the business."

"Complete Basement Systems did a great job. My driveway and sidewalk are in MUCH better shape. I felt they did a thorough job in diagnosing the sources of my concrete problems. The only reason I didnâ  t give them 5 stars is that they were unable to completely level one of my driveway slabs - close, but not quite."

House Leveling questions, answered by experts

The age of your Aurora home is a key factor; pre-1980s construction often has thinner slabs that are more prone to cracking from soil movement. A professional will evaluate existing damage, like crack patterns caused by expansive clay soil or invasive tree roots. Your property's specific slope, drainage patterns, and accessibility for equipment will also directly influence the best approach for a successful concrete leveling project.

Helpful?

In Aurora, a successful concrete leveling project must ensure proper drainage away from your foundation, which is critical with local clay soils. Functionality also includes planning for snow removal and thermal expansion. Aesthetically, the goal is to match existing concrete textures and colors, seamlessly integrating with popular xeriscaping designs to complement your home's appearance while meeting practical needs for the climate in Colorado.

Helpful?

Before starting a concrete leveling project in Aurora, CO, call 811 at least two business days ahead to have underground utilities marked—this is a mandatory step. You should also check with the Aurora Building Division for any permit requirements. Plan your project for late spring through early fall to avoid freeze-thaw cycles and take advantage of optimal curing conditions in the local semi-arid climate.

Helpful?

When planning concrete leveling in Aurora, consider the impact of expansive bentonite clay soils on long-term stability and the potential need for improved drainage. Many local subdivisions have HOA rules governing aesthetics, so confirm those requirements first. Also, be aware of extensive underground utility and irrigation systems common in the area, which require careful coordination to prevent service disruptions during the work.

Helpful?

To make concrete leveling safer in Aurora, schedule work during school hours and use secure barriers to keep children and pets away from equipment. Choose low-toxicity materials and allow for adequate curing time before resuming outdoor activities. For long-term safety, ensure the final surface eliminates trip hazards and has proper drainage to prevent ice buildup during Colorado's winter months, making your property safer.
