"Everclean’s website commits to “Looking for a competent and reliable cleaning company? EverClean Cleaning Services is at your provider!” Yet, our experience was far from that. I would NOT recommend EverClean for house cleaning services. We used their services for several months and experienced consistent service that was unsatisfactory. Examples of the below standard service include: one appointment only sent one person versus the two confirmed, this person was only in our two story home for one hour. When arriving home, many of the services that were outlined when we set up their service were missed including simple services such as dusting. Management was notified and we were reassured they would address our concerns. Another example is when window sills, dusting and the floors were not cleaned (visible spots were noted), another example is a separate cleaning the spare bedroom was not cleaned at all; management was notified via email, were informed she could communicate to the staff in English and Spanish to meet the cleaning outlined in the initial agreement. The final cleaning before cancellation of the services, both of our son’s bedrooms were not cleaned at all. When we notified management once again about the unsatisfactory service, the response was “OMG!”. As a manager myself, I found this extremely unprofessional. The cancellation request was sent via email however they proceeded to schedule another cleaning. My husband personally spoke with them after they attempted to schedule the next service. The staff did not arrive this day however we were still charged the cleaning fee which as yet to be refunded for services not rendered. I would NOT recommend this company’s service at all, consistently the level of cleaning and consistency of cleaning is disappointing. Do NOT use this company for your home as you will very likely be disappointed with the quality, customer service and professionalism of this company."

"I love Castle Fresh! Brian (the owner) is an amazing person to work with. He takes pride in screening his employees and making sure they are trained before sending them to your home. I have used several different maids over the years and they all did a great job. They bring their own equipment (except toilet brushes) and will use their products or yours. The maids are pleasant, hard working, and try very hard to please you. Emma will work with you on scheduling a service and she tries very hard to meet your needs. I find their pricing very reasonable and I do tip the maids. I highly recommend them."

"Workers could have taken more care to make sure the stain on my stair rail was applied evenly. Final clear coat was also messy in spots. One worker did a good job, the other was sloppy - he was also very rude. I was ready to ask him to leave. I called Lane, the owner, about some of the problems and he was very dismissive, rude just like his employee. He blamed the uneven stain on the wood grain. I need my kitchen cabinets repainted and will not hire this company."
