It didn't. I spent 15 minutes describing exactly what I needed done to Kim. 2 hours in a specific area. They cleaned the counter tops and floors and that was it. They never went in the Powder Bath at all. Then they proceeded to go in different areas of the home that had been deep cleaned two days by us prior. We couldn't tell anything had been touched. On top of this we our trying to sell our home. We had a handy man in the home a week prior to fix all dings, dents and other odd jobs. After I came home I noticed a small dent in my wall behind my front door. When I reached out to try and talk to the owners I got Kelly. Wow. I was shocked at how rude she was. She refused to do any refund. Basically saying I was lying and they were there for 2 hours so I wasn't getting my money back. At that point I didn't want my money back or even the dent fixed. I told them I just wanted it cleaned. No response back. Lesson learned that I will not use a cleaner again. I highly suggest not hiring this company due to lack of professionalism , lack of communication and lack of cleaning ability.

The work was acceptable but the workers had way too much free time and hung out together and talked instead of cleaning or telling me they needed less time.  Absolutely nothing extra was done, dusting was done around items (they were not moved), bathroom fixtures were wiped but no extra muscle used where needed.  When I had to leave at the end of the appointment they were once again standing around talking and told me they just needed to finish the kitchen floor.
Most upsetting was I had left (2) phone messages at the main number on the answering machine about the first appointment (one during business hours and one after hours) and NEVER received a call back.  At this point I am just walking away from my remaining paid 3 hours.
