NHance Wood Renewal- Arvada

Workers could have taken more care to make sure the stain on my stair rail was applied evenly. Final clear coat was also messy in spots. One worker did a good job, the other was sloppy - he was also very rude. I was ready to ask him to leave. I called Lane, the owner, about some of the problems and he was very dismissive, rude just like his employee. He blamed the uneven stain on the wood grain. I need my kitchen cabinets repainted and will not hire this company.

We really wanted a new kitchen, but were on a budget. We decided to go with NHance rather than replacing all of our cabinets due to the cost. Andy came out and talked everything through with us and we decided to go with NHance. We wanted new style doors for our cabinets and thought we made that clear with Andy. We wanted a full overlay door which was what Andy described. When the doors arrived they were not the ones we wanted. Andy was very sure that we did not ask for the ones we thought we did. We will own that as we never got it in a quote, just an email where Andy described it as "more of a full overlay look". As Andy started the installation of our new doors he explained that he did not have all of the doors and roll outs. Something got messed up in the order, or the delivery was all he could tell us. He completed the installation of the doors and handles that he had. During installation I had to ask for more than one handle to be redone as it was noticeably not level/straight. I should have kept a closer eye on things during the installation because after they left doors were crooked and hinges were loose. See pics. Three weeks later NHance is now back installing the remaining doors and roll outs. They are also fixing the crooked doors and loose hinges. When they came in and set up they put a blanket down on our new granite island and then started banging new hinges into the doors. We asked them not to do that as we really did not want a scratch or crack in our new granite island. This time they brought the wrong handles so they will have to come back and fix that. We had a contractor in our kitchen not long after the first doors were in and he told us he thought he could have done all new cabinets for close to the same price as we paid for NHance. Bottom line is we stayed within our budget but did not get what we wanted. I really wish we had some kind of recourse for all of this frustration but I guess we do not. I have even tried appealing to Andy's business sense and gotten nowhere. If his workmanship is as bad as the pictures indicate I would think he would realize that he could have made a mistake about getting us the wrong doors for our cabinets. In discussions with Andy I get the sense that nothing is his fault. I would recommend really shopping for new cabinets and not using NHance so you avoid the frustration we have gone through.

I was skeptical that their process would be able to accomplish the look we wanted but after 2 days of a lot of prep work, the mill work in our home was literally transformed.  Another contractor doing some work in the house commented that we had just updated our home 30 years.  I have to agree.
We are immensely pleased with the quality and craftsmanship of the work NHance performed and wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

I met Andy Rozo at the Fall Home and Garden show.  I needed my kitchen cabinets refinished.  He took my info and said he would call to make appt. to come out and give an estimate.  Within a few days, he called and we set up an appt.  He came out at the appointed time and provided a detailed estimate.   Once we accepted his bid, he promptly scheduled the work.
On October 1st, Jon came out and did the work.  He was very meticulous in the way he worked, and took time to make sure that the refinishing made the wooden cabinets as "new" as possible.  He took pride in his work, something one doesn't see much these days.  Then he instructed us on the drying time and the cleaning of the refinished work. 
We are happy with the work  done and feel we got our money's worth.
