Ladybug Carpet Care

They did a great job of cleaning the carpet, but the fact that they were 45 minutes late without calling and the woman tried to sell me some dietary coffee made me give them an overall C rating.

They arrived on time, with short notice, and did a thorough job.  I was concerned that because they "squeezed" me in they might rush the job but they did not -- they were very conscientious and professional.

We hired them to clean the carpets and then hired them back to clean the wood floors.  They were friendly and thorough.

I was looking for a company that had all "Green" carpet and upholstry cleaning. Ladybug was in our "Green" business reference book. I called and she was able to come that afternoon because of a cancellation. She and her husband own the business and run everything themselves. They cleaned an area rug. The weather wasn't bad and she preferred to do this outside. They laid it out on plastic and did a decent job. I appreciated this because the last time I had it cleaned it did discolor my hardwoods slightly. She then cleaned our sectional. Lots of pillows and did just a great job!
