Chris was very prompt in responding to our request for bid, and then in completing the work. He and his staff are professional, gracious, and thorough. We did what we could to move small things off the floors and he moved all the big stuff to clean under it all. The carpets look like new! A great investment in our carpets instead of replacing them due to wear and tear from imbedded dirt. We're very happy and highly recommend Impressions Carpet.

I was new to the Denver area so wasn't sure which carpet cleaning company to trust. I also needed someone to come out on the day after closing on my house to clean all the carpet and re-stretch several areas. I selected Impressions based on the reviews i found online and their availability. They quoted a reasonable price over the phone and stuck to that quote at time of service. I don't normally fall for up-selling but the technician identified a couple areas that could benefit from their other related services and it ended up saving me time and also being reasonably priced (cleaning the tile and garage floors). I called them back out to re-clean a stubborn area that became visible in better light and they showed up without any argument and took the time to make it right. A great family based company to do business with!
