He was very meticulous. His bid was right on. He was clean, organized and easy to work with. The floors turned out beautifully. He showed up on time and completed the job in the time estimated. He left everything very clean and cleaned up after himself every day. The machinery he used controlled dust very effectively. It could have been a very messy job, but he kept everything really clean. He had an assistant with him who he has been training. The trainee was well qualified and prepared for the job.
