Jack and his team were professional, knowledgeable, prompt, respectful, hardworking and went far beyond our expectations to make my moms home a much safer and more comfortable place to live. They were able to identify issues that we had missed which would have created many more problems in the future. They worked with us to find the best solutions. I now sleep better knowing that Jack and his team did this work.
